Governance



Our Governing Board

The Partnership HealthPlan of California is governed by a Board of Commissioners. The Board is comprised of locally elected officials, provider representatives, and patient advocates who meet on a monthly basis to set policy and strategic priorities of the HealthPlan.

The Board of Commissioners of the Solano-Napa-Yolo Commission on Medical Care, d.b.a. the Partnership HealthPlan of California, meets on the 4th Wednesday of every month, except for the months of June and December, when there is no Board meeting. Meetings are held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the PHC main office.

Advisory Committees of the Board

The following committees, whose meetings are open to the public, aid the Board of Commissioners in their mission. These committees oversee and evaluate various aspects of the HealthPlan.

Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC)

Meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month, except for January and July. Meetings are held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the PHC main office.

Physician Advisory Committee (PAC)

Meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, except for June and December. Meetings are held from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the PHC main office.

Quality/Utilization Advisory Committee (QUAC)

Meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Meetings are held from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the PHC main office.
