Our Governing Board
The Partnership HealthPlan of California is governed by a Board of Commissioners. The Board is comprised of locally elected officials, provider representatives, and patient advocates who meet on a monthly basis to set policy and strategic priorities of the HealthPlan.
The Board of Commissioners of the Partnership HealthPlan of California, meets on the 4th Wednesday of every even month from Noon to 4:00 PM, with the exception of the December meeting which will be held on the 1st Wednesday of the month. Meeting Times/Locations:
February 27, 2013 - Board Strategic Planning Retreat will be held at Reata Wines located at One Kirkland Ranch Road at Reata, Napa, CA. (This is an all-day meeting (usually from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.)
April 24, 2013 - Board Meeting will be held at PHC’s Regional Office located at 495 Tesconi Circle, Santa Rosa, CA.
June 26, 2013 - Board Meeting will be held at PHC’s Fairfield Office located at 4665 Business Center Drive, Fairfield, CA (Napa/Solano Conf. room).
August 28, 2013 - Board Meeting will be held at PHC’s Regional Office located at 495 Tesconi Circle, Santa Rosa, CA..
October 23, 2013 - Board Meeting will be held at PHC’s Fairfield Office located at 4665 Business Center Drive, Fairfield, CA (Napa/Solano Conf. room).
December 4, 2013 - Board Meeting will be held at PHC’s Regional Office located at 495 Tesconi Circle, Santa Rosa, CA.

Advisory Committees of the Board
The following committees, whose meetings are open to the public, aid the Board of Commissioners in their mission. These committees oversee and evaluate various aspects of the HealthPlan.
Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC)
Meets quarterly on the 2 nd Thursday of the (March, June, September and December). Meetings are held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at designated locations.
Physician Advisory Committee (PAC)
Meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, except for June and December. Meetings are held from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the PHC main office, and remote access through designated locations.
Quality/Utilization Advisory Committee (QUAC)
Meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Meetings are held from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the PHC main office.
