The Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC) advocates for members by ensuring that PHC is responsive to the diversity of health care needs of all members. The Committee provides feedback on the readability and cultural competency of member materials such as the member newsletter and other educational materials sent to members. Additionally, the committee helps to identify consumer concerns and provides input on current and potential benefits.
In the Northern Region, meetings are held quarterly on the first Thursday of the designated month.
