How to Enroll in the Healthy Kids Program



Requirements for Member Eligibility

If funds are available, in order to be eligible, an individual must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Solano, Yolo, and Marin County Residents

  • Under 19 years of age.
  • A resident of Solano, Yolo, or Marin County.
  • In a family with an annual or monthly household income equal to or less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. Family income will be adjusted by taking deductions if the responsible parent(s) or guardian(s) pays for child support and/or alimony or pays for childcare.
  • Not eligible for FREE full scope Medi-Cal or the Healthy Families Program.
  • Not covered by employer paid health insurance for the previous three months.

Sonoma County Residents

  • Under 6 years of age.
  • A resident of Sonoma County.
  • In a family with an annual or monthly household income equal to or less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. Family income will be adjusted by taking deductions if the responsible parent(s) or guardian(s) pays for child support and/or alimony or pays for childcare.
  • Not eligible for FREE full scope Medi-Cal or the Healthy Families Program.
  • Not covered by employer paid health insurance for the previous three months.

Pregnant minors are eligible for pregnancy-related services under the Healthy Kids Program.
